In New Orleans there’s a party on every street, a story behind every door and a mischievous smile inviting you to be a part of it all. So, we’re asking bartenders to create a signature serve, that tastes great, is replicable and tells a great story.

• Our Hi-Spirits BDMs will be hosting workshops throughout the country to help you develop and perfect your Signature Serve.
• All online entries will be judged by a panel of judges on criteria listed below, and shortlisted entrants will be invited to Dublin to compete in the Southern Showdown Final.
• The finalists will then go head-to-head at the Southern Showdown Final, showcasing their entry to fellow bartenders and industry legends for their chance to win a trip to Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans.
